Who are we?
Nothing more than few ambitious & enthusiastic young employees in the manufacture industry who once had a dream and managed to transform it in a real-life success story to what it is now labelled as Smart Bag.
How did this all unfold?
- Established Smart Bag Company to end the subcontracting business model and started to hit the market with our own brand.
- Rented a second basement to expand the production space with a total of 300 Sq. M.
- Adding a management office
- Increased the No. of Singer sewing machines from 6 to 10 and the added more working force.
- Stated to target customers in other cities around Cairo.
& The outcome?
Increased the average daily production from 1500 to 3000 bags targeting clients outside Ciro
- Rented a full 4 stories building with a total space of 900 Sq. M and redesigned it into the following:
1- 2x spacious production workshops
2- Full basement as a storage
3- Management office
- Doubled the No. of sewing machines to 20
- Increased No. of working force to 30.
& The outcome?
Hitting the expected daily target of 6000-7000 Bags and geographically covering in different major cities in Egypt.
- Professionally transformed the business to another level by moving into a factory with a space of 1600 Sq. M.
- Introduced out first Auto production line ONLX1
- Added 5x new models and products
- Improved our printshop by introducing 4x colours Flexo printer.
& The outcome?
Increased our daily production to the average of 13000 bag
- Introduced our 2nd line “Online Machine” to cover our clients demands
- Created new PROD departments and increased the sewing machines to 100 and the work force to 130.
& The outcome?
The daily production jumped to the average of 25000 bag
- Introduced our 3rd line “Zipper Bag Machine”
- Introduced new customized products to meet our customers expectations
& The outcome?
Covering our clients in almost every city in Egypt and the daily production average jumped to 40,000 bag
- Introduced the 4th line “ONLX1” and reached the highest figure of daily production which is 100,000 bag in a single day.
